Upon full payment, the buyer receives full exclusive copyright ownership. However, ProfileLogo reserves the right to display the sold logo in our "Sold Logo" gallery, on the website’s cover/home page, and in our professional portfolio for promotional purposes only.

2. Pricing & Payment

Logos are priced at an average of $200 USD. We process secure payments via PayPal and Credit Cards. You must provide accurate identity and contact details during checkout to ensure the legal Transfer of Ownership is valid.

3. Delivery & Revision Process

• Instant Access: Immediately after purchase, you will receive a link to download the base source files.
• Customization: You may request revisions for the company name, tagline, and colors. We guarantee a delivery within 24 hours.
• Unlimited Revisions: We offer unlimited revisions until you are 100% satisfied.
• Final Package: Upon your confirmation, the final brand package (AI, EPS, CDR, SVG, JPEG, PNG, PDF, PSD) including the Copyright Document and Color Codes will be sent via email within 24 hours.

4. Intellectual Property & Prohibited Use

• Unauthorized Use: You are strictly prohibited from copying, tracing, or distributing any logo artwork before a purchase is confirmed.
• Restricted Industries: We do not permit our designs to be used for businesses related to illegal trading, gambling, or alcohol.
• Trademark Responsibility: While we guarantee the originality of our work, the buyer is responsible for performing a Trademark Search in their specific country to ensure their business name is eligible for registration.
