Since our website provides custom and pre-designed digital logos that are delivered instantly upon purchase, we maintain a strict No Refund Policy. By purchasing a logo on our platform, you acknowledge that digital assets cannot be "returned" once access is granted.


1. Logo Purchases and Final Sale

All logo sales are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges once the logo files have been generated, downloaded, or sent to your email. This policy applies to all scenarios, including:

  • Change of mind after the logo has been purchased.
  • Dissatisfaction with the design style or elements after the final file is delivered.
  • Typographical errors or color choices made by the user during the customization process.
  • Deciding the logo is no longer needed for your project.


2. Technical Assistance

If you experience any technical issues—such as receiving a corrupted file or difficulty downloading your purchased logo—please contact our support. We will ensure you receive a functional version of your logo files as soon as possible.


3. Duplicate Transactions

The only exception to this policy is in the event of a documented system error resulting in duplicate billing for the exact same logo. In such cases, we will refund the duplicate charge upon verification of your payment.
